Acquisition of Heritage Fine Wines business (06/10/06)

On 6 October 2006, Wine Investment Services acquired the business of Heritage Fine Wines Pty Ltd (in liquidation)
(receiver and manager noted).

Wine Investment Services, who acquired the Heritage business for $715,000 was looking forward to providing a great service for investors of Heritage Fine Wines who have had to endure an uncertain situation and a depressed market for premium wines.

Manager director David James was quoted as saying:
"Wine Investment Services forms part of a fully integrated wine and liquor wholesale group who will be able to provide competitive storage options for investors and be able to put in place sale processes that will allow investors to realise their investments."
